Ashley Ortega (born 26 December in San Fernando La Union, Philippines) is an Filipino actor. Ashley Ortega is a Filipino actor. She was born in the Philippines, to a Filipino and her German mother. Asha Rangappa has served as assistant dean of Yale University's Jackson School of Global Affairs as well as a Senior Lecturer. Prior to that, she was an associate dean of Yale Law School. Asha had the post of Special Agent in the New York Division FBI for many years, and was an expert on counterintelligence. In her role she was able to assess security threats facing the nation and conducted classified investigations on suspected foreigners. Asha studied techniques for electronic surveillance as well as interviewing interrogations, interrogation techniques and the use of firearms. Asha was awarded the Fulbright scholarship to study constitutional reform in Bogota Columbia after she graduated with distinction from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. She received her law degree in the year 2000 from Yale Law School where she was an Coker Fellow with a focus on Constitutional Law and served as a law clerk for the Honourable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan Puerto Rico. She is a member of the New York State Bar, Connecticut and Connecticut. Asha's op eds have appeared in The New York Times The Wall Street Journal The Washington Post and other publications. Asha is also a legal commentator on ABC News. She serves as a member of the editorial committee for Just Security as well as the Council of Foreign Relations.
